It is colder here in Taipei (49) than we have ever experienced in the past 3 plus years. It’s rainy too, which makes us chilled to the bone. With the tiles & cement buildings - it’s not so easy to warm. Of course coming from 80-90 degree Thailand doesn’t make accilimation easy either. [...]
