I’ve been in Taipei for the last few days doing some work. Jet lag wasn’t too bad although I had a killer headache for two days after arrival. After a couple of days of good Chinese dishes I thought I’d have some Western food for a change. So I decided on Pizza Hut buffet for lunch.

You know you are adjusted to life in Asia when “Shrimp Delight” &  “Japanese Teriaki” pizza with a side of “Sweet Potato Salad” don’t seem unusual and actually taste good.

As I write this post I’m snacking on some vegetable jaozi – mmm, mmm, good! You just can’t get this stuff in Dallas :-)
